A Friendly Note About Our Services

At J'adore Nails Studio, we believe in creating a welcoming, policy-free experience built on trust and ease. But when real-life situations create confusion, we introduce a few gentle policies to support smoother visits for everyone.

✨ To help clarify recent misunderstandings:

  • Children’s Services are thoughtfully designed for guests aged 11 and under.

  • Guests age 12 and older will receive services from our Adult Menu.

  • We kindly ask that services be selected and paid for as listed—we are unable to switch between child/adult pricing based on preference.

  • For consistency and quality, no substitutions are allowed within our service packages.

⏰ Respecting Your Time—Updated Appointment Etiquette

At our salon, we’re committed to making every visit relaxed, timely, and personalized. After hearing thoughtful feedback from our guests, we’ve refined our scheduling practices to better support everyone’s experience. 💖

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in before your scheduled appointment.

  • Guests arriving 10 minutes late or more may receive a shortened service or be rescheduled, as we reserve the right to adjust bookings based on timing and availability.

  • If you're unable to make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer that time to another client.

🔕 No-Show Courtesy

We understand that life happens, and we appreciate it when guests let us know if plans change. A missed appointment without notice affects not just our schedule, but the availability for others.

  • We kindly ask all missed appointments be communicated in advance whenever possible.

  • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or other adjustments, to help maintain a fair and smooth experience for everyone.
